Specific occurances which may prompt demand monitoring <br />at an industry are: <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Contributions of explosive or corrosive materials or <br />prohibited discharges to the sewer, <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Operating difficulties in the wastewater treatment system, <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Violation of the permit requirements, <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Violation of pretreatment regulations by an Industrial <br />as indicated by Industrial self-monitoring or <br />monitoring .° <br /> <br />user <br />City <br /> <br />The City may require each Major Wastewater Discharger to do its <br />own sampling and monitoring, and to have the results of this <br />self-monitoring sent to the City.
