1: )( 1'1/ 13 i "I f /} /.- , *********** FIELD NOTES *********** A parcel of land 14.44 feet wide and containing 0.0381 acre (l,66l square feet) out of the J. M. Veramendi League No.1 and in Farm Lot No. 16, Original Townsite of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, and being out of that part of Burleson Street which lies northwest of and adjacent to Lots 3 and 4 of Block lO of L. W. Mitchells Second Addition to the Town of San Marcos, the plat of which is recorded in Volume T, page 393 of the deed records of said county. This parcel is shown on a plat of a survey dated 6 November 1986 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, and is more particularly described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. The aluminum capped iron monument cited is a 5/8 inch diameter iron bar, 24 inches long, with a 1 7/8 inch diameter aluminum cap, 1 1/2 inches up, marked SURVEY NO. 1223 1986 CHARLES R. SWART SURVEYOR and with the identifying point number shown herein. on the plat and cited Beginning at the south corner of this parcel, which is marked with a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole in a rock and mortar wall, and is identical with the west corner of that 95.3 foot by 115 foot tract conveyed by M. G. Talley and Elizabeth Talley to Ellenda S. Williams by that deed dated l2 June 1944, filed 26 June 1944, and recorded on 28 June 1944 in Volume l30, pages l85- 187 of the deed records of said county. This point of beginning is also identical with the west corner of said Lot 4. Thence, from the point of beginning, North 45 degrees 09.0 minutes West along an extension of the southwest line of said Lot 4 a distance of l4.44 feet to the west corner of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument (point lOl) ; thence North 44 degrees 51.0 minutes East along a line parallel to and l4.44 feet distant from the northwest line of Block lO a distance of l15.00 feet to the north corner of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument (point l02); thence South 45 degrees 09.0 minutes East a distance of 14.44 feet to the east corner of this parcel, which is identical with the north corner of the Williams tract, and is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument (point 59) on the northwest line of Block 10; thence South 44 degrees 5l.0 minutes West along the southeast line of this parcel, the northwest line of Block lO, and the northwest line of the Williams tract a distance of ll5.00 feet to the point of beginning. *********** STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS I, CHARLES R.
