<br />( 3) <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />Fire escapes, and other uncovered stairs, <br />ramps and landings may project a distance not <br />exceeding three feet into required yards <br />provided, however, that such projection shall <br />extend no closer than five feet to any lot <br />line. <br /> <br />Canopies over commercial fuel pump and vehicle <br />service islands may overhang a required front <br />or exterior side yard a distance not exceeding <br />one foot for each one foot in height, provided <br />that the ground support structure is entirely <br />within the required minimum building setback <br />line, and provided the canopy extends no <br />closer than five feet to the property line. <br /> <br />Open terraces, decks, and porches not over 3Ø <br />inches above the average level of the <br />adjoining ground may project a distance not <br />exceeding five feet into required yards, <br />provided, however, that no such projection <br />shall extend closer than five feet to any <br />interior side or rear property line, or closer <br />than 15 feet to a front or exterior side <br />property line.'11 <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
