<br />6. Legal Aid will monitor the case to completion, only in order to <br />insure timely compilation of data. <br /> <br />7. Legal Aid will provide information to interested parties as to the <br />number of attorneys involved in the program, the number of cases handled, and <br />other such statistical information. No client-attorney privileged information <br />will be released to any third party. <br /> <br />8. Legal Aid will report as required to the major funding agency or <br />Community Action. <br /> <br />9. The Hays County Bar Association shall monitor and generally <br />supervise the actions of Legal Aid and Community Action to insure compliance <br />with all state bar rules and regulations governing pro bono programs. <br /> <br />PRO BONO PROGRAM LIMITATIONS: <br /> <br />The pro bono program shall initially be limited to the residents of <br />the City of San Marcos, who otherwise qualify, subject to rules and <br />regulations of the State Bar of Texas and the Bar Association which may <br />require the inclusion of all residents of Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />OTHER PROGRAMS: <br /> <br />Legal Aid will comply with all recommendations of the State Bar of <br />Texas regarding a lawyer referral service and an alternative dispute <br />resolution center, and promote such in accordance with all current regulatory <br />laws. <br /> <br />2 <br />
