<br />In order to provide for consistency among the applicants, the information <br />furnished here must have been applicable within twelve (12) months of the <br />application deadline. If the locality has furnished an updated copy of <br />this form to the federal Office of General Revenue Sharing within the last <br />12 months, this form may be provided to TDCA. If, however, this is not <br />the case, the locality must complete a new form reflecting current <br />municipal/county employment. A blank form is provided as Appendix VIII. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />PHA lETTER OF PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />For applicants that will be using public housing agencies (PHAs) to <br />administer the housing vouchers provided in conjunction with the TRRP <br />funds, the application must be accompanied by a letter from the PHA <br />stating that the PHA is willing to administer the vouchers in accordance <br />with the requirements under 24 CFR 511 and other instructions provided by <br />the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />DEVELOPER/OWNER LETTER OF INTEREST (BONUS) <br /> <br />For each list~ng on Table 2 of the application, the applicant must provide <br />a letter of interest from the developer/owner. The letter of interest may <br />be contingent on TOCA funding. <br /> <br />A sample letter is provided as Appendix VI. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL INSTITUTION lETTER OF COMMITMENT (BONUS) <br /> <br />For each listing on Table 3 of the application, the applicant must provide <br />a letter of commitment from each financial institution. The letter of <br />commitment should provide the minimum interest rate that will be charged <br />to developers/owners participating in the rental rehabilitation program <br />and the maximum loan term in years for TRRP-related loans made by the <br />financial institution. The letter of commitment may be contingent on TOCA <br />funding. <br /> <br />A sample letter is provided as Appendix VII. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />TENANT ASSISTANCE POLICY (IF APPLICABLE) <br /> <br />If the applicant has indicated that the locality has adopted relocation <br />policies/procedures in Section A(3) of the application, a copy of the <br />local relocation policy/procedures should be attached to the application. <br /> <br />-21- <br />
