Mayor Younger called the neeting to order at 7.30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held July 28, 1986. Mayor Younger moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the follow- ing vote was recorded; AYE: Farry Younger, Guerra, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Coddington. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held Ju~y 28, 1986. Mr. Coddington moved for ap- proval of the minutes and Mayor Younger seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held August 4, 1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Mayor Younger seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Younger, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN; Coddington, Guerra. The motion failed for lack of a quorum and the Council stated they would vote on the approval of these minutes later in this meeting. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of appointments to the Housing Authority Board. Mr. Coddington moved to reappointment * Mr. Brown was present at 7:40 p.m. ** Ms. Kissler was present at 7:45 p.m.
