Mr. Farr moved to amend the Ordinance beginning on Page 4 to renumber all Sections follow- ing Section 31 (Section 31 had been used twice) and Mayor Younger second- ed the motion. Mr. Farr moved to amend the Ordinance to add the recommendations contained in the memorandum to the Council from Dan Gibson dated July 11, 1986 in Section 32 (renumbered 33) (J) (word insertions) and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. (Mr. Coddington not present to vote on this item). On roll call for approval of the Ordinance on second reading as amended, the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Coddington, Guerra. (Mr. Coddington present to vote on this item). Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of two Ordinances on second reading and adoption of one Ordinance on third and final reading by consensus. Mr. Guerra requested Item l4A(2) be removed from the consensus agenda. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the remain- ing Ordinance on second reading and adoption of one Ordinance on third and final reading by consensus and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The captions of these Ordinances read as follows: Approval of Ordinance on second reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 29-152(c) OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE FOR NO PARKING TOW-AWAY ZONES ON MARY STREET BETWEEN BURLESON STREET AND LINDSEY STREET AND AT THE ENTRANCE TO CITY PARK, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
