On roll call for <br /> approval of the Ordinance on second reading as amended, the following <br /> vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Coddington, Guerra. <br /> (Mr. Coddington present to vote on this item). <br /> Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of two Ordinances <br /> on second reading and adoption of one Ordinance on third and final <br /> reading by consensus. Mr. Guerra requested Item l4A(2) be removed <br /> from the consensus agenda. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the remain- <br /> ing Ordinance on second reading and adoption of one Ordinance on third <br /> and final reading by consensus and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, <br /> which passed unanimously.
