<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY '!HE CITY COUNCIL OF '!HE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1: That Section B of Article II, Definitions, of Appendix <br />C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby <br />æœnded to add a subsection to be numbered 40.1, which shall read as <br />follO\oJs : <br /> . .. <br /> 40.1. Private sewage facilities: Septic tanks, pit privies, <br /> cess pools, sewage holding tanks, injection wells used <br /> to dispose of sewage, chemical toilets, treatment tanks <br /> and all other facilities, systems and rrethods used for <br /> the disposal of sewage other than disposal systems <br /> operated under a waste discharge permit issued by the <br /> State of Texas. <br />SECTION 2. 'That SUbsection 49 of f:ection B of Article II, <br />Defini tions, of Append ix C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas, is hereby repealed and the following new <br />subsection 49 shall be added: <br /> . .. <br /> 49. SUbdivision: 'The division of any tract or parcel of land <br /> into two or rrore parcels or lots, and the assembly of <br /> parcels or lots into one parcel or lot for the purpose, <br /> whether imrœdiate or future, of sale or building <br /> developrrent, expressly excluding parcels or lots divided <br /> or combined for the production of agricultural products <br /> not to be produced within abuilding. "SUbdivision" <br /> shall also rœan resubdivision and any change of lot size <br /> or lots lines or the relocation of any street. <br />SECTION 3. That Section D of Article V, Procedures, of Appendix <br />C of the Code of Ordinances of the Ci ty of San Marcos, 'Texas, is <br />hereby arœnded to add a subsection to be numbered 4(c), which shall <br />read as follows: <br />4. .. <br /> (c) Contents of the environmental impact statement and <br /> accompanying maps. <br /> (1) The subdivider shall provide environmental maps of the <br /> plat at a scale of one (1) inch to two hundred (200) <br /> feet with the following information shown on the map. <br /> a. Contour intervals of ten (10) feet or less, <br /> b. Delineation of all ares sloping 1% or less; 1% <br /> to 15%; 15% to 25%; 25% or more. <br /> c. Delineation of the outcrop of the Edwards and <br /> Associated Lirœstone. All aquifer recharge <br /> structures to include caves, sinkholes, cracks, <br /> fractures or fissures at the surface¡ water <br /> courses or drainége ways which have recharge <br /> structures within them. <br /> d. 100 year flood plain and floodway. <br /> e. All trees 30 feet tall or taller and all trees <br /> with a caliper of fifteen (15) inches or greater. <br /> £. The habitat of endangered or threatened species <br /> of fauna or flora. <br />
