BE IT ORDAINED BY '!HE CITY COUNCIL OF '!HE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That Section B of Article II, Definitions, of Appendix C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby æœnded to add a subsection to be numbered 40.1, which shall read as follO\oJs : . .. 40.1. Private sewage facilities: Septic tanks, pit privies, cess pools, sewage holding tanks, injection wells used to dispose of sewage, chemical toilets, treatment tanks and all other facilities, systems and rrethods used for the disposal of sewage other than disposal systems operated under a waste discharge permit issued by the State of Texas. SECTION 2. 'That SUbsection 49 of f:ection B of Article II, Defini tions, of Append ix C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby repealed and the following new subsection 49 shall be added: . .. 49. SUbdivision: 'The division of any tract or parcel of land into two or rrore parcels or lots, and the assembly of parcels or lots into one parcel or lot for the purpose, whether imrœdiate or future, of sale or building developrrent, expressly excluding parcels or lots divided or combined for the production of agricultural products not to be produced within abuilding. "SUbdivision" shall also rœan resubdivision and any change of lot size or lots lines or the relocation of any street. SECTION 3. That Section D of Article V, Procedures, of Appendix C of the Code of Ordinances of the Ci ty of San Marcos, 'Texas, is hereby arœnded to add a subsection to be numbered 4(c), which shall read as follows: 4. .. (c) Contents of the environmental impact statement and accompanying maps. (1) The subdivider shall provide environmental maps of the plat at a scale of one (1) inch to two hundred (200) feet with the following information shown on the map. a. Contour intervals of ten (10) feet or less, b. Delineation of all ares sloping 1% or less; 1% to 15%; 15% to 25%; 25% or more. c. Delineation of the outcrop of the Edwards and Associated Lirœstone. All aquifer recharge structures to include caves, sinkholes, cracks, fractures or fissures at the surface¡ water courses or drainége ways which have recharge structures within them. d. 100 year flood plain and floodway. e. All trees 30 feet tall or taller and all trees with a caliper of fifteen (15) inches or greater. £. The habitat of endangered or threatened species of fauna or flora.
