Archaeological sites. <br /> j . Manrnade structures over 75 years old. <br /> (2) The suJ:xH vider shall provide a land use map(s) at a <br />scale of one (1) inch to two hundred (200) feet. The map <br />shall include: <br /> a. The location of all existing and proposed roads <br /> with a right-of-way of sixty (60) feet or rrore. <br /> b. Land use using the sarœ categories of land use <br /> as shown on the Master Plan's Future Land Use <br /> Plan, and <br /> c. School sites, fire stations, recreational <br /> buildings, <br /> d. Parks and the parks' uses, recreational sites, <br /> and their proposed ownership. <br /> e. The number of residential units for each <br /> residential land use category. <br /> f. The acreage of each land use. <br /> (3) Envirornœntal Impact Staterœnt. The environmental <br />impact statement shall include a description of how the <br />proposed land use plan for the plat relates to: <br /> a. The environmental constraints of the plat of <br /> land, and <br /> b. The goals, ob jecti ves, and policies of the <br /> Natural and Cultural Resources Elerœnt and the <br /> Land Use Element of the Master Plan of the City <br /> of San Marcos. <br />SOCTION 4. That Section F of Article VI, SUbdivision Design <br />Requirerœnts, of Appendix C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas is hereby arœnded to add the following: <br />. .. <br />Title 31, Part 331, SUbchapter A of the Thxas Water Code and <br />the rules of the Texas Water Ißveloprœnt Ebard for the Edwards <br />Aquifer are adopted as criteria to be followed by the City in <br />those I.X>rtions of the City of San Marcos and its <br />extraterritorial jurisdiction which lie within the outcrop of <br />the Edwards and Associated Lirœstone. <br />The Health Official of the City of San Marcos shall not permit <br />or license a private sewage facility on a lot that is within the <br />outcrcp of the Edwards and Associated Limestone or a private <br />sewëge facility which penetrates the Edwards and À<:;soc ia ted <br />Limestone unless the lot and the private sewage facility meet <br />the standards for lots and private sewage facilities described <br />in the rules of the Texas Water D9veloprœnt Eoard for the <br />Edwards Aquifer. A determination as to whether a lot is within, <br />or a private sewage facility would penetrate the Edwards and <br />Associated Lirœstone shall be made by the Director of <br />Environment and Eng ineerin;;¡ based on competent geological <br />informa tion to include, but may not be limited to, the <br />delineation of the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone by the Thxas <br />
