That precincts numbers 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, <br /> 20, 30, 34, 36, 44, 45 and 46 shall be polling places for <br /> the joint election of the City of San Marcos, Texas and the <br /> San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District. <br /> SECTION 5. That precincts numbers 10, 15, 21, 31, 47, <br /> Martindale and Staples shall be polling places for the San <br /> Marcos Consolidated Independent School District election <br /> only. <br /> SECTION 6. That said general election shall be <br /> conducted jointly with the San Marcos Consolidated <br /> Independent School District Board of Trustees Election <br /> pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Joint Election <br /> Agreement between said School District and said City <br /> approved by the San Marcos City Council on February 4, <br /> 1985. <br /> SECTION 7. That Janis K. Nomack be, and she is <br /> hereby, appointed clerk for absentee voting for said City <br /> and that Julie Villanueva and Susan Newey be, and they are <br /> hereby, appointed deputy clerks for absentee voting for <br /> said City. <br /> SECTION 8. That Roger Fernandez shall be the clerk <br /> for absentee voting for said School District. <br /> SECTION 9. That absentee voting for said election <br /> shall be held at City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street within <br /> said City and at the Administration Building, San Marcos <br /> Consolidated Independent School District, 501 South L.B.J. <br /> Drive in said City. Said absentee voting shall be <br /> conducted during normal working days in the City Hall and <br /> in the Administration Building from March 18, 1985 to April <br /> 2, 1985, and the hours for absentee voting shall be from <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The address of 630 East Hopkins <br /> shall be the absentee clerk's mailing address to which <br /> ballot applications and ballots voted by mail may be sent <br /> for said City.
