Review of lease shows <br />compliance with all provisions with the following exception: No <br />current copy of insurance on file with City. <br />GT+3 Fligh.t_Q2.§LJ;:Ati,ons <br /> <br />GT+3 is the Airport's Fixed Base Operator, providing pilot services and <br />terminal building facilities (lounge, restrooms, telephone, and snack <br />service). GT+3 built a 52,ØØØ foot storage hangar in 1984 which is now <br />filled to capacity. GT+3 has plans to enlarge the building in 1985. <br />Review of lease shows compliance with all provisions of their lease. <br />RECONl1ENDATIONS: <br />1. GT+3's FBO lease is scheduled to be readjusted (fees and rates) <br /> in September 1985. At that time, the fuel flowage rate should <br /> be increased to 2%, and the lease should be amended to reflect <br /> current federally required standards and changes. <br />2. There appears to be a discrepancy on the GT+3 storage building <br /> land lease, with regard to fuel flowage fees. This needs to be <br /> resolved and the lease amended accordingly. <br />Ingram, Bruce <br /> <br />This lease is with a private individual for construction of a building <br />to store his aircraft. Review of the lease shows compliance with all <br />provisions. <br />
