<br /> VOLUME T, PAGE 162, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND
<br /> BEING A PORTION OF THAT 0.14 ACRE TRACT OF LAND,
<br /> MORE OR LESS, CONVEYED TO INDIFREE INVESTMENTS,
<br /> INC., A TEXAS CORPORATION BY TOM. G. EZELL, TRUSTEE
<br /> BY DEED DATED AUGUST 20, 1984 AND RECORDED IN
<br /> VOLUME 462, PAGE 307, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND
<br /> BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND
<br /> BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
<br /> BEGINNING at a nail found at the Southwest corner
<br /> of the said Indifree 0.14 acre tract, for the
<br /> Southwest corner of the tract herein described,
<br /> same being on the East line of Guadalupe Street, as
<br /> shown by the said plat of the Original Town of San
<br /> Marcos, and being on the North line of an Alley as
<br /> described by an instrument recorded in Volume 28,
<br /> Page 589, Hays County Deed Records, and from which
<br /> the Northwest corner of Lot l, Block 20, Original
<br /> Town of San Marcos, bears N08°17IW, 158.4 feet~
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Alley, with the East line
<br /> of the said Guadalupe Street, same being the West
<br /> line of the said Indifree 0.14 acre tract,
<br /> N08 ° 1 7 I W, 3.19 feet, to an iron stake set, for the
<br /> Northwest corner of the tract herein described~
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Guadalupe Street,
<br /> N81o441E, 79.17 feet to a point set on the East
<br /> line of the said Lot 1, Block 20, Original Town of
<br /> San Marcos, same being the East line of the said
<br /> Indifree 0.14 acre tract, for the Northeast corner

<br /> 20, same being the West line of Lot 2, Block 20,
