City Property; Use of Data. Data collected on tape or hard copy form supplied by the City to be utilized by Tyler in the computer system database contemplated herein will remain the property of the City, and no use will be made thereof beyond that listed in the Agreement without written permission of the City. Tyler will be authorized to use all reports, data, or other material prepared by Tyler for the City under this Agreement, but will not disclose, nor permit disclosure of, any information designated by the City as confidential, except to its employees and other consultants who need such information in order to properly provide the services under this Agreement. 36. Books and Records. Tyler will maintain full and complete books and records of its accounts for the City in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.
