In the table that <br />follows, a description of the various roles and responsibilities associated with the overall project team is <br />provided. <br />The Tyler Vice President of Implementation has indirect involvement with the project and is part of the <br />Tyler escalation process. This team member offers additional support to the project team and is able to <br />work with other Tyler department managers in order to escalate and facilitate implementation project <br />tasks and decisions. The Tyler Project Managers or Regional Manager will apprise the Vice President of <br />Implementation of known issues that may require assistance or impede project performance.
