<br /> Mayor Younger called the Qeeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br /> Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br /> the Regular Meeting held July 14, 1986. Mr. Coddington moved for approv-
<br /> al of the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unani-
<br /> mously.
<br /> Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br /> the Regular Meeting held August 11, 1986. Mr. Parr moved for approval
<br /> of the minutes and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. Mr. Hankins
<br /> requested the minutes be corrected on Page 10 following the first
<br /> Ordinance caption as follows: " . Mr. :bankins stated Advertisements
<br /> . . had been inadvertently left in the Ordinance and it would be corrected
<br /> before the next reading, " and the Council directed the correction be
<br /> made. The Council voted unanimously for approval of the minutes.
<br /> Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br /> the Special Meeting held August 12, 1986. Mr. Brown moved for approval
<br /> of the minutes and Mr. Parr seconded the motion. On roll call the fol-
<br /> lowing vote was recorded:
<br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola.
<br /> NAY: None.
<br /> ABSTAIN: Coddington, Guerra.
