<br /> 46 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985~25R <br /> A REffiWTION OF 1HE CI'IY COUNCIL OF 1HE CI'IY OE' SAN <br /> t-1ARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING 'IRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A <br /> PROroSED ADDENDUM 10 'THAT INTERWCAL AGREEMENT BE'IWEEN <br /> 1HE CI'IY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS ANP 1HE SAN MARCOS <br /> CONEOLIDATED INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT ENTERED INIO <br /> AS OF OCIOBER 15, 1984, 10 PROVIDE FOR VARIANCES 10 <br /> CERTAIN PLATTING, ZONIN3, BJ1IDING / AND SITE-DEVEIDFMENT <br /> PROCEDURES BUT NOT PROVIDING FOR VARIANCES 10 ANY <br /> SUBSTANTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF SAID RULES AND REGULATIONS; <br /> AUTHORI ZING 'IRE MAYOR 10 EXOCUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON <br /> BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFOCTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Article 4413 <br /> (32c), V. T.C. S., as amended, the City Council of the Ci ty of San <br /> Marcos, Texas desires to amend that intergovernmental agreerrent <br /> entered into effective October 15, 1984 with the San Marcos <br /> Consolidated Independent ~hool District regarding governmental <br /> functions and services, i.e., for said ~hool District's expansion and <br /> developrrent of additional school buildings; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to clarify the requirements that the <br /> ~hool District rust rreet in said expansion and developrrent; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT REffiLVED BY THE CITY (DUNCIL OF 'IHE CITY OF SAN ~1ARCOS , <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the proposed Mdendum 1b <br /> The Interlocal AJreerrent Between 'Ihe City of San Marcos, Texas and <br /> the San Marcos Consolidated Independent ~hool District entered into <br /> effective October 15, 1984, a copy of which said Mdendum is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, for said ~hool <br /> District's compliance wi th various rules and regulations relating to <br /> the building process, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, Ðnmie Craddock, be, and she <br /> is hereby, authorized to execute said Addendum on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
