47 STATE OF TEXAS mUNTI OF HAYS KNCW ALL PEROONS BY WESE PRESENTS: ADDENDUM 10 INTERI.O::AL AGREEMENT BETWEEN 1HE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AND WE SAN MARCOS CONOOLIDATED INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT This Mdendum amands the Interlocal Þqreerœnt between the City of San Marcos, Texas and the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District da ted as of October 15, 1984, by addi ng a Section 6 to said Agreement. WHEREAS, the City wishes to assist the School District in its school building developrœnt and expansion; for and in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained in the original Agreem,mt, and subject to the conditions set forth therein, the parties hereto covenant, agree, and bind themselves as follows: Section 6. Compliance with City Ordinances. (a) The City agrees to alter the timetables and vary the sequence for permit requirerœnts in the areas of platting, zoning, building, site development, and related regulations so that where time is of the essence, the School District can expedite the various permit processes in order to better protect its interests. However, no variances to the processes listed above will be granted for any substantive requirements except as provided in the respective regulations. (b) The School District hereby agrees to comply with all substanti ve City regulations and requirements in existence on the date this Agreerœnt was first executed. IN WI'INESS WHEREDF, the parties hereto have caused this Addendum to the Interlocal Agreerœ n t da ted October 15,1984, to be duly executed and their respective seals to be hereunto affixed and attested, all as of the date and year first above written.
