Evaluate Collected Data <br /> The data collected under Task 110 will be carefully <br /> evaluated, documented, and summarized. Where data gaps appear in the <br /> collected data, they will be noted. Clear documentation of missing <br /> data will be made. <br /> Task 130. Field Inspect Facilities <br /> Treatment plants, pumping faciliites, existing equipment, <br /> e tc . ,. will be visited and inspected. Photographs will help document <br /> the facilities. Where possible, information documented as missing in <br /> Task 120 will be collected. <br /> Discussions will be held with management, plant personnel, <br /> and system maintenance crews. Operating problems and problem areas <br /> will be identified. <br /> Task 140. Recommended Action To Generate Missing Data <br /> Generate a detailed time and cost budget for generdting the <br /> required data including, consultation with the City staff and determi- <br /> nation of how and by whom the tasks can bes t be done in the economic <br /> interest of the City, either by Black & Vea tch, Ci ty forces, and/or <br /> subcontractors with Black & Veatch supervision. <br /> PHASE II - GENERATION OF MISSING DATA <br /> - - <br /> Task 210. ~ Collection Assignments <br /> As required by the City, assignments will be made for each <br /> action required to obtain additional data. Black & Veatch, in concert <br /> with the City, will be respons ible for administering the data <br /> collection to include subcontracting to surveying and aerial mapping <br /> firms and setting the schedule for Phase II work. <br /> 19 <br />
