<br /> Task 820. Conduc! Meetings. <br /> Regular meetings with the City of San Marcos and subcon- <br /> tractors will be held to assure proper coordination of the project. <br /> Task 830. Present Progress. <br /> proj ect progress will be presented t'O the City in our <br /> regular meetings, with interim working papers prepared to provide <br /> written progress reports. These interim reports will encourage <br /> thinking, assist in keeping the project on schedule, and allO'.oJ' the <br /> writing of the report as the study is being done. <br /> Task 910. Maintain Files in Archive Storage. The final <br /> - <br /> computer hydraulic analyses of the existing and future collection <br /> system will be maintained indefinitely in archive storage for any <br /> additional analyses the City may require in the future. By main- <br /> taining these files, future analyses can be done quickly and <br /> inexpensively. <br /> Task 920. Future System Analysis. If requested by the City, <br /> we will conduct additional computer analysis of the collection system. <br /> Such analysis could be required for an overall system update, an <br /> analyses of an isolated portion of the City that develops differently <br /> than expected, or any other use required by the City. <br /> ;-. - <br /> . Task 930. Ci ty ~ Othe~ Contract Service Computer. If the <br /> City opts to utilize a computer storage and future service other than <br /> Black & Veatch, the program can be installed on compatable hardware or <br /> in many cases modified to accomodate existing hardware. The Black and <br /> Veatch Computer Servic~ Department can furnish personnel to install <br /> c-' <br /> and mod ify the so f twa rd and provide personnel training, as required. <br /> 28 <br />
