<br /> -2- <br /> 2. Use of motor vehicles on a mileage or rental basis. <br /> However, any motor vehicle rented will be mid-sized <br /> or smaller. <br /> 3. Long distance telephone and telegraph costs. <br /> 4. Reproduction of r~ports, exhibits, and other <br /> project-related materials. <br /> 5. Postage and shipping charges for project-related <br /> materials. <br /> 6. Computer time and program use charges. <br /> 7. Project subconsultants' charges. <br /> C. The ENGINEER shall render an itemized monthly statement <br /> to the CITY for work performed and costs incurred during <br /> the preceding month. <br /> D. Monthly payments to the ENGINEER shall be made within 60 <br /> days after billing is received by the CITY. <br /> SECTION III - CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> It is mutually understood and ag reed that the CITY will <br /> furnish, as required for the work and not at the expense of <br /> the ENGINEER, the fallowing items: <br /> A. All maps, drawings, records, audits, annual reports, and <br /> other data that are available in the files of the CITY <br /> and which may be useful in the work involved under this <br /> Contract. <br /> B. Office desk space for the ENGINEER's personnel during <br /> preliminary investigations, if required. <br /> C. Property, boundary, easement, right-of-way, topog raphic , <br /> and utility surveys, and property descriptions if such <br /> information is required. <br /> D. Access to public and private property, as necessary, if <br /> required to conduct field investigations. <br /> E. The use of CITY personnel may be mutually agreed upon by <br /> the CITY and the ENGINEER where it is in the economic <br /> interest of either. <br /> SECTION IV - OTHER ~mTTERS <br /> It is mutually understood and agreed: <br />
