Hill, et ux, to Fduardo E. Salinas dated October 6,1979 and recorded in Volume 332, Page 574 of the Hays County lßed Records, and the aforereferenced Studer/Morton COmpanies tract N44°10'W 1646.05 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING pass at approximately 250 feet the cornrron north corner of Tract liE" and the east corner of the aforereferenced Hill tract, pass at approx ima te 1 y 990 feet the coIITIDn north corner of the Hill tract and the east corner of the StuderlMorton Companies tract. There are contained within these metes and bounds 31.5 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared on September 6, 1983 from record information by David C. Williamson, R.P.S. #4190, Dabney-Byrn and Associates of San Marcos, Texas, A/K/A 1308 Uhland Road from "MB" (Mobile R~ District) to "MF-4" (Multi- Family District). SECTION 2. 'Ihat the tract of prcperty described in Section 1 above which is in an area shown on the Future land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as low Ißnsity Residential henceforth shall be shown on said map as High Ißnsity Residential. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
