<br />Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the Regular Meeting held September 8, 1986. Mr. Guerra moved for approv-
<br />al and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
<br />
<br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the Special Meeting held September 15, 1986. Ms. Kissler moved for ap-
<br />proval and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. Mr. Coddington moved to table
<br />the matter for the inclusion of the City Attorney's comments regarding
<br />the award of the management automation (data prodessing system), and Ms.
<br />Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
<br />
<br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of three appointments
<br />to complete vacancies on the Commission for Women. Mr. Farr nominated
<br />LyrnFulmer and Mary Lou Homer and Mr. Coddington nominated Pam White
<br />and Libby Cliett. On roll call the following vote was recorded:
<br />
<br />BROWN: Fulmer, Homer, Cliett.
<br />CODDINGTON: homer, wnite, Cliett.
<br />FARR: Fulmer, Homer, Cliett.
<br />YOUNGER: Cliett, White, Homer.
<br />GUERRA: Abstained.
<br />KISSLER: Fulmer, Homer, Cliett.
<br />NICOLA: Fulmer, Homer, Cliett.

<br />Mrs. Fulmer, Mrs. Homer and Mrs. Cliett will be the new members of the
<br />Commission for Women.

<br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption
<br />of a Zoning Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows:

<br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE
<br />HHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE
