<br />Mayor Younger opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to
<br />speak in favor or against the Zoning request. No one did, so Mayor
<br />Younger closed the public hearing. Mr. Farr moved for adoption of
<br />the Zoning Ordinance and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed
<br />unanimously.
<br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption
<br />of a Zoning Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows:

<br />Mayor Younger opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to
<br />speak in favor or in opposition to the Zoning change. No one did, so
<br />Mayor Younger closed the public hearing. Mr. Coddington moved for
<br />adoption of the Zoning Ordinance and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion.
<br />Dan Gibson reminded the Council this Ordinance was initiated by the
<br />Ci ty. The Council voted unanimously for adoption of the Zoning Ordin-
<br />ance.
