104 STATE OF TEXAS SPECIAL WARRAt~1Y DEED CDUNTI OF HAYS KNOiv ALL PEROONS BY 'lliESE PRESENTS 1HAT: The City of San Marcos of the County of Hays and State of Texas for and in consideration of the sum of ThO HUNDRED FIFTY DJLLARS ($250.00) and other valuable consideration to the undersigned paid by Grantee herein named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, OOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL, AND CONVEY to Glendon G. Bagwell, 1217 Academy Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, all of the City's right, title and interest in and to the following described real property in Hays County, Texas, to-wit: The northeast 291.14 feet of a 15' foot alley on the northwest side of W.A. Thompson's Add i tion to the City of San Marcos according to the plat of said addition recorded in Ebok 54, Page 630, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and which portion of said alley is described particularly by metes and bounds as follows: BffiINNIN:; at the intersection of the Southeast line of said alley with the southwest line of kademy Street at the North corner of that parcel of land described in and conveyed by that deed from Ruth Lanham to Glendon G. Bagwell dated the 4th day of Janua~J, 1980 and recorded in Volume 237, P¡;çe 299-301, lßed Records of Hays County, Texas; THENCE north 450 V€st 15 feet and with said Southwest line of kademy Street 15 feet, TIDre or less, to a point where the Northwest line of said alley intersects with the southwest line of kademy Street; 'lliENCE South 430 Wand with the Northwest line of said alley 291.14 feet to a point for corner in the said Northwest line of said alley; THENCE in a 8()utheasterly direction across said alley 15 feet, rrore or less, to the west corner of said parcel of land conveyed by Ruth Lanham to Glendon G.
