THENCE South 43 0 W and with the tbrthwest line of said alley 291.14 feet to a point for corner in the said Northwest line of said alley; THENCE in a Southeaster ly direction across said alley 15 feet, rrore or less, to the west corner of said parcel of land conveyed by Ruth Lanham to Glendon G. Bagwell; TI:IENCE North 430 East and with the southeast line of said alley and northwest line of said Lanham to Bagwell tract 291.14 feet, rrore or less, to the place of beginning; be, and it is hereby declared to be, and is henceforth, vacated and abandoned as to any use, right, claim in, or responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance by the public in general and the City of San Marcos in particular. sæTI ON 2. 'That the fee to said portion of said alley is hereby released and shall revert to Glendon G. Bagwell, save and except that easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities and for drainage purposes. SECTION 3. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, 'Iexas be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute a special warranty deed to Glendon G. Bagwell. SECTION 4. That the iIl1JX)rtance of this Ordinance creates an erærgency and an imperative public necessity so that the provisions of the Charter requiring that ordinances shall be presented at three separate :rœetings and that no ordinance shall becoræ effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final pass.:ge be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect fran and after its adoption and after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation within tl1e City.
