<br /> THENCE South 43 0 W and with the tbrthwest line of said <br /> alley 291.14 feet to a point for corner in the said <br /> Northwest line of said alley; <br /> THENCE in a Southeaster ly direction across said alley 15 <br /> feet, rrore or less, to the west corner of said parcel of <br /> land conveyed by Ruth Lanham to Glendon G. Bagwell; <br /> TI:IENCE North 430 East and with the southeast line of said <br /> alley and northwest line of said Lanham to Bagwell tract <br /> 291.14 feet, rrore or less, to the place of beginning; <br />be, and it is hereby declared to be, and is henceforth, vacated and <br />abandoned as to any use, right, claim in, or responsibility for the <br />upkeep and maintenance by the public in general and the City of San <br />Marcos in particular. <br /> sæTI ON 2. 'That the fee to said portion of said alley is hereby <br />released and shall revert to Glendon G. Bagwell, save and except that <br />easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities and for <br />drainage purposes. <br /> SECTION 3. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, 'Iexas be, <br />and she is hereby, authorized to execute a special warranty deed to <br />Glendon G. Bagwell. <br /> SECTION 4.
