<br /> -9- <br />Sec. 3-50. Violation of chapter provisions. <br />The penalty for any violation of this Chapter shall not <br />exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00); and the minimum fine <br />for a violation of this Article II shall be twenty-five <br />dollars ( $ 25.00) ~ and the fine for a violation of Section <br />3-18 of this Chapter is provided in that section; and the <br />fine for a violation of Section 3-19 of this Chapter shall <br />not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) and the minimum fine for a <br />violation of ei ther Section 3-34(c) or 3-34(d) of this <br />Chapter shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) . Each <br />day any violation of this Chapter shall continue shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br />See" 3-51" Exceptions. <br />This chapter shall not apply to any person having under <br />his/her control or ownership any animal or fowl upon <br />premises, such as parks, zoos, or fairs, frequented by the <br />public, so long as such animals and/or fowl are upon such <br />premises for the purpose of exhibition to and entertainment <br />of the frequenting public, and not for any such purpose as <br />the wholesale, retail, trading, reproduction, or <br />fertilization of such animals and/or fowl for profi t or <br />non-publ ic use. <br /> SECTION 3.
