<br /> -2- <br /> THENCE leaving the Vico Real Estate Company 3.78 <br /> acre tract and crossing the City of San Marcos <br /> 0.75 acre tract N24°00' 14"W 117.83 feet for the <br /> north corner of this tract in the south line of <br /> that 10 foot ingress and egress easement retained <br /> by the City of San Marcos in a deed recorded in <br /> Volume 363, Page 789 of the Hays County Deed <br /> Records, pass at 116.39 feet a chain link fence <br /> corner post for reference; <br /> THENCE with the common line of that 10 foot <br /> ingress and egress easement retained by the City <br /> of San Marcos and the City of San Marcos 0.75 acre <br /> tract S46°02'09"E 109.12 feet to the PLACE OF <br /> BEGINNING, pass at 54.82 feet an 1/2" iron rod <br /> found for the south corner of that tract described <br /> as 2496 square feet in a deed from Louis Mec ey to <br /> Vico Real Estate Company, dated August 11, 1981 <br /> and a west re-entrant corner of the Williamson and <br /> Serafy 2.975 acre trac t. There are contained <br /> within these metes and bounds 0.055 acres of land, <br /> more or less, as surveyed on the ground during <br /> February 1985 by Byrn and Associates, Inc. of San <br /> Marcos, Texas; <br /> to Vico Investments Joint Venture, a joint venture composed <br /> of Vico Real Estate Company, a Panamanian Corporation, and <br /> S. Gary Roberts, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor, Emmie Craddock, be, and she is <br /> hereby, authorized to execute such Ingress And Egress <br /> Easement, in the form attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein for all purposes. <br /> PART 3.
