<br /> 71 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-50R <br /> A RE9JLUTION OF 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING 'THE TERMS AND CONDI'TIONS OF <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 110 'IHA T AGREEMENT OF LEASE DATED <br /> JANUARY 10, 1984 BY AND BETWEEN SAID CITY AND GT+3 <br /> FLIGHT OPERA'TIONS, INC.; AU'THORIZIN3 'THE MAYOR 10 <br /> EXECUTE SAI D AMENDMENT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS <br /> AND INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT 'IO THE RJRroSES THEREDF; AND <br /> DECLARIN3 AN EFFEC'TIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, GT+3 Flight Operations, Inc. desires to amend its <br /> Agreerœnt Of Lease with the City of San Marcos, Texas entered into on <br /> January 10, 1984, wherein said City leased to GT+3 Flight Operations, <br /> Inc. certain prcperty located at the San Marcos Municipal Airport to <br /> allow said corporation to use the leased premises for office, <br /> maintenance and repair space purposes in addition to the allowable uses <br /> stated in said Agreement Of IEase; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Coonc il of said City finds such arœndment to <br /> said Agreement Of Lease to be in the interest and welfare of the <br /> citizens of said City; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RE9JLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF 'THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed Amendment <br /> No. 1 to that AgreenBnt of Lease dated January 10, 1984 by and between <br /> said City and GT+3 Flight Operations, Inc., a copy of said Amendment <br /> being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, are <br /> hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized to <br /> execute said .Amendment and any and all other docurænts and instruments <br /> incident to the purposes thereof on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
