<br /> 72 <br /> AMENDMENT #1 TO LEASE BETWEEN <br /> GT+3 FLIGHT OPERATIONS, INC. <br /> AND THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> The City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, <br /> acting under authority conferred on its Mayor, Enunie <br /> Craddock, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" and GT+3 Flight <br /> Operations, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Lessee", do <br /> hereby agree and contract to amend th e i r lease agreement <br /> entered into on January~, 1984. <br /> Lessor and Lessee hereby agree to an amendment of <br /> Paragraph 1, lines 7 through 14, to read as follows: <br /> . . . Exhibi t A, for Lessee's construction of, and use <br /> as, an aircraft storage hangar and parking area for <br /> automobiles of Lessee's customers and for securing <br /> airplanes, and for office, maintenance and repair <br /> space only and for no other use, and by and for <br /> persons and personal property authorized by the <br /> Lessee, provided, however, that any area to be <br /> used for conunercial maintenance and repair shall be <br /> separated by walls from the area used for aircraft <br /> storage, and Lessor hereby gives and grants to <br /> Lessee its permission to construct an aircraft <br /> storage hangar and aircraft and auto parking area <br /> and office, maintenance and repair space on said <br /> premises in accordance with the terms and <br /> conditions hereinafter set forth. <br /> Lessor and Lessee also hereby agree that all other <br /> references, conditions and provisions regarding the use of <br /> the leased premises contained In said lease are hereby <br /> amended to include office, maintenance and repair space. <br /> EXECUTED in duplicate originals this the 11 <br /> day of June 1985 . <br /> , --- <br />
