23 RESOLUTIN 1986-ll9R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THAT CONTRACT OF SEPTEMBER 24, 1985, FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES BETWEEN SAID CITY AND BLACK & VEATCH, ENGINEERS-ARCHITECTS OF DALLAS TEXAS, IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC WORKS COMPLEX, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT THERETO, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Cìty 1985, entered ìnto Engìneers-Archìtects of archìtectural servìces in Public Works Complex; and of San Marcos, Texas, on September 24, a contract wìth Black & Veatch, Dallas, Texas, for the provis10n of connectìon wìth the construction of a WHEREAS, said Cìty desires to ìncrease the scope of services of saìd contract to ìnclude a second floor on one of the bu1laings; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the terms ana conditìons of a proposed amendment to that contract of September 24, 1985, between said Cìty and Black & Veatch, Engìneers-Archìtects of Dallas, Texas, for the provìsìon of architectural servìces to saìa City ìn connectìon with the construction of a Puolìc Works Complex, a copy of saìd proposed Amendment beìng attached hereto and ìncorporated hereìn for all purposes, are hereby ìn all thìngs approved. PART 2. That the Cìty Manager, A.C. Gonzalez, be, and he ìs hereby, authorized to execute said Amendment and any and aLL documents and instruments ìncìdent thereto. PART 3.
