The second <br />floor is to be 9,316 square feet in size excluding stair and elevator <br />towers and the construction budget of the building is approximately <br />$675,000.00. <br /> <br />Architectural fees for this increase shall be seven percent (7%) of the <br />construction budget, as provided in the Agreement. <br /> <br />~he City of San Marcos appreciates your cooperation in this matter and <br />looks forward to continuing a successful relationship with Black & <br />Veatch. If you agree with this amendment of the contract, please sign <br />and return one of the enclosed duplicate originals of this letter to <br />Janis K.
