<br /> Mr. George Boeker May 24, 1985 <br /> City of San Marcos Page 3 <br /> Should the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation require <br /> the proposed culverts crossing under Loop 82 be let as a State project, <br /> any work involved in separating this portion of the work into a separate <br /> bidding package would be accomplished under a supplemental agreement at <br /> our standard cost times multiplier rates. <br /> If the City requests construction layout staking for the project, we will <br /> perform those services at our standard rates as shown on the attached <br /> Schedule of Charges for survey-related services. The scope of work for <br /> construction staking would be an intitial one-time setting of <br /> construction reference stakes. We estimate our fee for this service would <br /> be $4,900.00, and would not be exceeded without your prior authorization. <br /> Restaking of lost or destroyed stakes is not included in this estimate. <br /> Any additional work or meetings beyond the above described scope would be <br /> accomplished at our standard cost times multiplier rates. We stand ready <br /> to assist in any manner desired under the additional work clause. <br /> Your return of one copy of this letter agreement with the appropriate <br /> signatures will serve as our authorization to provide the above described <br /> services.
