<br />VI. <br /> <br /> <br />OTHER ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES: Auditor agrees to provide <br />other additional accounting services to the City throughout the term of <br />this contract and will be paid for those services rendered from and <br />after the execution of this contract, as provided below. Such <br />services will consist of any financial consultation required and/or <br />requested by the City. <br /> <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br /> <br />COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES: City agrees to compensate <br />Auditor for additional accounting services with compensation in the <br />form of reimbursements to the Auditor for actual work time and <br />reasonable travel time computed on a one-way basis only from time of <br />departure from Auditor's premises to immediate arrival at City work <br />premises. Such compensation shall be requested by Auditor in the form <br />and manner prescribed by City and payment shall be according to the <br />attached Exhibit A which sets out hourly rates for said services. <br /> <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br /> <br />COORDINATION BETWEEN CITY AND AUDITOR DURING ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING <br />SERVICES: In order to facilitate the work of the Auditor and in order <br />to ensure minimum disruption of the normal performance of City business <br />in all departments, Auditor agrees to coordinate all visits by <br />Auditor's personnel and all Auditor requests for information and <br />special support service from City employees with the City Manager of <br />the City. Auditor agrees that all additional accounting services to be <br />performed beyond the scope of the regular annual audit must be approved <br />prior to the performance of such services by the City Manager or <br />Director of Finance of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CANCELLATION PROVISION: If either party shall fail to keep any of <br /> <br />the agreements herein agreed by it to be kept or to make any payments <br /> <br />herein agreed by it to be made, the other party may, by giving the <br /> <br />party in default written notice, cancel and terminate this agreement as <br /> <br />and from the expiration of thirty (30) days from the receipt of said <br />notice. <br />
