<br /> -2- <br /> V. <br /> County shall have the right to designate thirty-four <br /> (34) additional specific spaces on the real property. The <br /> spaces shall be limited to use by vehicles authorized for use <br /> by County. County shall issue per~VMicles ~ich <br /> shall be <br /> attached to th~~~ of the vehicles <br /> immediately upon issuance. <br /> VI. <br /> It shall be the duty and responsibility of City to <br /> enforce the regulations adopted by County pursuant to Article <br /> 2372s-3, Texas Revised Civil Statutes, as to parking of <br /> vehicles on the real property owned by County by citing for <br /> parking violations any unauthorized vehicle parked in any of <br /> the thirty-four (34) designated spaces and any vehicle parked <br /> in a metereâ space when the meter shows a violation. <br /> VII. <br /> Payment by County for the performance of this <br /> governmental function and service by City shall be made from <br /> current revenues available to County. It is expressly agreed <br /> that all revenues from the metered spaces will accrue to City <br /> and no other payments by County to City will be made. <br /> VIII. <br /> Either party hereto shall have the right to terminate <br /> this agreement by affording thirty (30) days written notice <br /> to the other party of its intention to so terminate.
