N43°22'33"W 210.83 feet to the PLACE OF SffiINNING, pass <br /> at approximately II feet an overhead utility line the <br /> easement for which is 151 wide and described in an <br /> instrument from Qnar Smi th to the lower Colorado River <br /> Authority dated February 27, 1973 as recorded in Volume <br /> 256, Page 815 of the Hays County Oged Records. There are <br />contained within these metes and bounds 5.92 acres, more or <br />less, of land as determined from a survey made on the ground <br />during January 1984 by C.
