Hankins <br /> City Attorney <br /> RE: Tom's Millrace, Incorporated <br />Dear Sirs: <br />We appreciate your consideration of the possible use of our <br />services in the appraisal of the Tom's Millrace property <br />consisting of approximately 0.64 of an acre of 1 and and a dam on <br />the San Marcos River, City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. <br />You have asked us to provide you with a fee estimate in <br />connection with the appraisal of the above referenced property. <br />Our fee is based upon the time required to accomplish the <br />project and we are aware that an appraisal would be required to <br />include the land, improvements, and water rights. <br />Our fee estimate for the appraisal of the property would not <br />exceed $5,000. We will bill for the time actually spent on the <br />appraisal and wi 11 guarantee not to exceed this amount. Court <br />preparation and testimony, however, would be billed separately <br />and in addition to the above amount if it i s required. We <br />currently charge $75.00 per hour for work performed by <br />appraisers with the MAl designation. <br />We trust that the above will conform to your requirements.
