<br /> QUALIFICATIONS OF CHARLES H. NOBLE, JR. <br />Charles H. Noble, Jr. has 29 years of professional experience in <br />selling, leasing, and managing commercial properties, nine years of <br />concurrent experience in general real estate business, selling, <br />leasing, and managing properties; and 29 years of concurrent <br />experience in the appraisal of residential, commercial, industrial, <br />and farm properties. He has been a fee appraiser for the City of San <br />Antonio in the acquisition of right-of-way for expressways. He was <br />formerly Chief Appraiser for "District 15 of the Texas Highway <br />Department which involved appraising and reviewing appraisals on <br />properties acquired for right-of-way. <br />He graduated from the Rice University in Houston, Texas with a <br />Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Business Administration and <br />Economics. In 1955, he attended an appraisal course conducted by the <br />American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers at Louisiana State <br />University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 1956, he attended an advanced <br />appraisal course conducted by the American Institute of Real Estate <br />Appraisers at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1958, he <br />attended a farm, ranch, and grove appraisal course conducted by the <br />American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers at the University of <br />Florida, Gainesville, Florida. In 1956, he attended a property <br />management course conducted by the Institute of Property Management, <br />San Antonio, Texas.
