C. Gonzalez <br />Janis K. Womack <br />Lamar W. Eankins <br />Stephanie Langenkamp <br />Frank Robbins <br />Steve Jenkins <br />Carolyn Liner <br />Myron Galchutt <br /> <br />Also Present: Mark hendricks Dan Smith, John Wade, Janace Wade, Sarah <br />Bailey, Tex Hughson, Austin Curlee, Bill haney, Henry Krause, Melissa <br />Millecam, Ralph Gonzales, Jim Byrn, Jack Doughty, Ben Ford and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of October 27, 1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval <br />of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Coddington <br />requested the minutes be changed on Page 7 in the first paragraph to <br />read as follows: ".... Mr. Coddington asked if the City was going <br />to bid out insurance or go with TML, and Mr. Gonzalez stated the Council <br />had given him direction to proceed with TML in Executive Session (Mr. <br />Coddington was not present at that meeting). . . . ." Mr. Farr and <br />Ms. Kissler moved for approval and second, respectively, as per Mr. <br />Coddington's amendment. On roll call for approval of the minutes, the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: <br /> <br />Coddington, Farr, Younger, Guerra, Kissler Nicola. <br /> <br />NAY: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Brown. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Emergency Meeting held October 30, 1986. Mr. Guerra moved for approval <br />of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance <br />on third and final reading, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />t1ARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE SAN MARCOS <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCLUDE ARTICLE III, DIVISION I <br />TO BE ENTITLED "INDUSTRIAL WASTE ORDINANCE", REGULATING <br />ThE DISCHARGE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE INTO ThE SANITARY SEWER- <br />AGE SYSTEM AND THE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS BY DEFINING TERMS, REQUIRING STRUCTURES, PRO- <br />VIDING FOR PERMITS FOR DISCHARGING INDUSTRIAL WASTE INTO <br />A PUBLIC SEWER OR WATERCOURSE, AUTHORIZING DISCONNECTION <br />OF WATER AND/OR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE TO PERSONS VIOLATING <br />THIS ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR INSPECTION AND SAMPLING OF <br />INDUSTIRAL WASTE DISCHARGES PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF <br />CERTAIN WASTES INTO PUBLIC SEWERS OR WATERCOURSES, REQUIRING <br />
