The repair bays ~@ ~ <br /> are fully equipped with utilities such as oil and grease reels, electrical ~~ ~ <br /> service, waste oil disposal points, and a 7-1/2 ton bridge crane spanning <br /> four bays. <br /> One unusual aspect of the project is the exceptionally demanding ,~ ~ <br /> foundation requirement. The building is located on about 35 feet of fresh <br /> expansive clay fill which rests on about 25 feet of unsuitable soil.
