<br /> SOUTHEAST AREA SERVICE CENTER <br /> DALLAS, TEXAS <br /> ~ <br /> ~ @ ~ <br /> @ ~ <br /> The Southeast Area Service Center for the City of ~ <br /> Dallas was a combination building addition and renovation. ~ (9§ <br /> It consisted of approximately 5,000 square feet of added @ ~ @ <br /> space and the renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet ~ ~ ~ <br /> of space. The new space houses field forces personnel in- ~ <br /> @ ~ <br /> eluding the communications room where emergency phone com- ~@ ~ <br /> plaints are received and subsequently radioed to mobil ~~ ~ <br /> repair units. The renovated space contains the existing <br /> control and monitoring instrumentation for the pumping and ,~ ~ <br /> distribution of water throughout Dallas.
