5. RECORD DRAWINGS At the conclusion of the Construction Phase of the project, the Architect will prepare a set of reproducible record drawings reflect- ing significant changes in the work made during construction. These record drawings will be changed based on information furnished by the Contractor. It is proposed that this function be accomplished primarily by Jeffrey H. Kester. 6. COLORED RENDERING At the completion of the Design Development Phase, the Architect will provide a colored rendering of the complex for display by the City. This rendering will be prepared by a professional illustrator under the guidence of Jeffrey H. Kester and Black & Veatch. 7. COMMUNICATION The Architect will meet with the City at each critical decision- making point of the project, and will provide a written report following each meeting. The anticipated meetings are as follows. 8 Interview of key management personnel followed by a written program. 8 Site selection meeting followed by a written report. 8 Presentation of Schematic Design accompanied by a report and graphics. 8 Presentation of the Design Development Phase accompanied by a report and drawings. 8 Meeting at 50 percent completion of Documents accompanied by a status report. 8 Meeting at 50 percent completion of Contract Documents accompa- nied by a status report. 8 Meeting at conclusion of Contract Documents. 8 Meeting at beginning and conclusion of Master Plan Phase, each followed by a report. 8 Meeting at the completion of record drawings. We believe that adequate communication will not only keep the City informed on the status and progress of the project, but will be an asset to the Architect by reinforcing design directions throughout the project.
