<br /> -2- <br /> SECTION 3. That the importance of this Ordinance to the <br />public welfare and for the public good creates an emergency and <br />imperative public necessity so that these provisions of the <br />Charter requiring that ordinances shall be presented at three <br />separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become eff~ctive <br />until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its <br />final passage be suspended, and the provisions are hereby <br />suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full <br />force and effect from and after its adoption and after its <br />publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as <br />required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14 day of October , <br />19 85 . <br /> ~~~ Cõ.
