14 February 1907, and recorded 14 February 1907 in Volurœ 52, pages 399-400 of the said deed records a distance of 166.76 feet to the north corner of the said second Beidler tract, which is identical with a corner of that 8.3 acre tract conveyed by W.E. Ezell and LDttie Ezell to H.A. Nelson by that deed dated 20 February 1912, filed 20 February 1912, and recorded 21 February 1912 in Volurœ 61, pages 384-385 of the said deed records, and is marked with an aluminum capped iron monurœnt (point 17); Thence, from the west corner of this parcel, North 59 degrees 00.0 minutes East along the southeast line of the said 8.3 acre tract and the northwest line of this parcel a distance of 60.83 feet to the north corner of this parcel, which is marked wi th an aluminum capped iron monument (point 16) on the northeast line of said Lot 4; Thence, from the north corner of this parcel, South 45 degrees 30.0 minutes East along the northeast line of this parcel and the northeast line of said LDt 4 a distance of 172.22 feet to the point of beginning.
