<br /> -4- <br />TRADE-IN APPLICATION POLICY <br /> Contractor shall attach to the Contractor's Bid a copy of his <br />Trade-in Application policy which contains, but shall not be limited <br />to, the fo'llowing information: trade-in value of the machine on <br />two-year interval periods, up to at least ten (10) years, and of the <br />written trade-in policies of Contractor. <br />CUSTOMER LIST <br /> Contractor shall attach to the Contractor's Bid a list of at least <br />five (5) customers located in San Marcos and/or Austin who either le.ase <br />or own, and operate the same model copy machine bid upon and who <br />produce a volume of 100,000 or more copies on such machine per month. <br />Owner shall be permitted, and Contractor so authorizes Owner, to <br />contact any and all customers shown on said list for the purpose of <br />obtaining first-hand information concerning machine performance, <br />service and/or maintenance information, customer satisfaction, etc. <br />TERMS - LEASE/PURCHASE <br /> Owner will acquire machine only upon lease-purchase terms <br />satisfactory to Owner, with a minimum six (6) month lease term, <br />payments during said term to be credited by Contractor to the purchase <br />price of the machine. Contractor shall attach to the Contractor's Bid <br />a copy of his lease-purchase agreement or other do~umentation setting <br />forth hi s lease-purchase plan which shall contain therein all terms, <br />conditions and charges appurtenant to such lease-purchase plan. <br />FUNDING BY OWNER <br /> Any contract resulting from these contract documents is subject to <br />cancellation, in whole or in part, ~ithout penalty to Owner, if funding <br />is not appropriated by Owner Legislative Body. <br />
