<br /> -3- <br />OPTIONAL ITEMS <br />Stapling capability <br />Three (3) or more paper trays <br />Customized programming to produce variable contrast capabilities, <br /> document feeder recirculation capabilities, document covers, <br /> and/or other job capabilities. Contractor shall specify in <br /> Contractor's Bid any and all types of customized programming <br /> abilities. <br />Multi-character diagnostic display <br />DELIVERY AND TRAINING <br /> The machine shall be delivered to Owner and installed on a date <br />specified by Owner upon one (1) week's prior notice to Contractor. <br />Upon delivery, machine shall be installed, set up and ready for <br />operation. Two (2) sets of Operator's Manual shall be provided to <br />Owner upon delivery. Contractor shall, at no charge to Owner, provide <br />training upon Owner's premises to at least two ( 2') key operators of <br />Owner within one (1) week after delivery. <br />REPAIR SERVICES <br />5:00 Local repair services shall be provided to Owner from 8:00 a.m. to <br /> p.m. Hond.ay through Friday, within an average of- four (4) hours after oral <br />notice of necessity for service. In case of a major breakdown of tne <br />machine, Contractor guarantees that repair will be made within two (2) <br />working days and that the machine will be in proper working order <br />within such time period, or Owner shall be credited on its next month's <br />billing with the equivalent of the daily average of the number of <br />copies produced by Owner as determined by Contractor's prior month <br />billing to Owner, for each day after the expiration of two (2) working <br />days that the machine remains inoperable. <br />MAINTENANCE CONTRACT <br /> A maintenance contract shall be provided by Contractor to Owner, <br />at Owner's option. Documentation concerning maintenance contract <br />terms, conditions and charges shall be attached to the Contractor's Bid <br />and shall include at least two (2) routine machine checks per year, one <br />(1) routine visit every six (6) months. Any maintenance contract <br />entered into by Owner and Contractor shall be effective immediately <br />upon termination of the warranty on said copy machine. <br />WARRANTY <br /> Contractor shall attach to the Contractor's Bid a copy of the <br />warranty on the machine. <br />
