34 STATE OF TEXAS AIRCRAFT STORAGE HANGAR LEASE AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO COUNTY OF CALDWELL ~- KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESEN'rS, 'I'HA'r: The City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the St.ate of Texas, acting under authority conferred on its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" and GT+3 Flight Operations, I nc " hereinafter referred to as "Lessee", do hereby agree and contract to amend their lease agreement entered into on ,January 10, 1984, attached hereto as Exhibit 3. Lessor and Lessee hereby agree to ad d and substitute as applicable the following Paragraphs I, III, III-A and XXXI-A in said lease agreement executed on January 10, 1984: 1. Lessor does by these presents lease and demise unto Lessee a port.ion of the San Marcos Municipal Airport situated in Caldwell County, of which City is owner by virtue of an indenture from the United States of America dated the 14th day of February, 1966, the 14th day of July, 1969, and the 11th day of May, 1976, to which reference is made thereof, said portion identified on the attached Exhibit A-l, for Lessee's construction of and use as an aircraft storage hangar and parking area for automobiles of Lessee's customers and for securing airplanes and for office, maintenance and repair space only and for no other use, and by and for persons and personal property authorized by the Lessee, provided however, that any area to be used for corrnnercial maintenance and repair shall be separated by walls from the area used for aircraft storage, and Lessor hereby gives and grants to Lessee its permission to construct an aircraft storage hangar and aircraft and auto parking area and office, maintenance and repair space on said premises in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set fort.h.
