<br /> -2- <br /> Lessor and Lessee also hereby agree that all other <br /> references, conditions and provisions regarding the use of <br /> the leased premises contained in said lease are hereby <br /> amended to include office, maintenance and repair space. <br /> III. <br /> Total area of leased premises, as described in Exhibit <br /> A-l shall be 154,400 square feet.
