<br /> VI. <br /> During time of war or national emergency, City shall have <br /> the right to lease the landing area or any part thereof to the <br /> United States of America for military or naval use, and if such <br /> lease is executed, the provisions of this instrument insofar as <br /> they are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the <br /> Government, shall be suspended. This lease shall be subordinate <br /> to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between City <br /> and the United States of America relative to the operation or <br /> maintenance of Airport the execution of which has been or may be <br /> required as a condition precedent to the expenditure of federal <br /> funds for the development of the airport. <br /> VII. <br /> The initial term of this agreement shall be for a period <br /> of five (5) years commencing on the date of execution by Flight <br /> Operations. The lease may be extended for additional five (5 ) <br /> year periods upon agreement of the parties to such extension. <br /> Such agreement shall be indicated by a written statement executed <br /> by both parties at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration <br /> of the term of this agreement and attached to this agreement. If <br /> the term is so extended, all of the terms and provisions hereof <br /> shall apply to such extended term; provided, however, the consideration <br /> to be paid City for the demised premises shall be adjusted to <br /> conform to other rentals being charged at Airport. <br /> VIII. <br /> Flight Operations shall conduct its operation as FBO seven <br /> (7) days a week during daylight hours; provided, however, that <br /> nothing contained herein shall limit the right of Flight Operations <br /> to operate for longer periods of time. <br /> IX. <br /> Flight Operations shall establish and maintain air-to-ground <br /> and qround-to-air communications to accomodate arriving and departing <br /> aircraft. <br /> 3 <br />
