(3) The combined total number of Resident Permits and /or Guest <br />Permits for each residence is limited to five permits per year. <br />(4) Temporary construction permits lasting no more than 45 days can <br />be requested for vehicles of workers. <br />(5) Resident Permits must be affixed to the window of a motor vehicle <br />to be valid.
