63 Regular Meeting December 8,1986 Page 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDIN- ANCES BY THE ADDITION OF A PROVISION REFERRING TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL IN SECTION 11(D) (1) (c) OF APPENDIX A, GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Younger opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to speak in favor or in opposition to the amendriEnt. No one did, so Mayor Younger closed the public hearing. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration a public hearing and approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX C, SUBDIVISIONS, OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES, BY THE ADDITION OF A PROVISION REFERRING TO APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Younger opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to speak in favor or in opposition to the amendment. No one did, so Mayor Younger closed the public hearing. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and for a "y" to be added to the word City in Section 3 and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the follow- ing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Kissler. NAY: Coddington. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN ~illRCOS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING THE GENERAL AND SPECIFIC AUTHORITY OF THE SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY BOARD AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion.
